This instrument is called a HurdyGurdy and it does exist.

That looks tiring. But AWESOME.

I’ve heard of the instrument but never seen or heard one before. Weird and pretty cool at the same time.

I only knew that a hurdy gurdy was a synonym for a commotion, but according to Wiki someone who plays the instrument is actually called a hurdy gurdyist, and that is simply too precious a thing to be.
